A philosophy that balances personal lifestyles, perspectives and needs is an important part of our culture.The Quality Improvement Analyst (QIA) will work closely with SRU Management, in addition to internal departments, to provide daily oversight for transactions processed within the SRU and work towards consistent improvement of the team(s) quality standards. The QIA will work with partnered Associates/Specialists to ensure understanding of department and firm policies and procedures, work closely with SRU Management and Associates/Specialists to resolve issues encountered during transaction processing and daily oversight reviews, and act as a point of contact for Risk and Training teams within the SRU. Additionally, QIAs will own projects that impact the SRU, working with partners both within and external the SRU.
