About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking quantitative Analytics manager .Commercial Credit Decision Modeling team is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the model implementation and data services team. The manager will be responsible for managing all model implementation and data management projects. Provide guidance to the team, and effectively interact with all stakeholders.In this role, you will:Manage a team responsible for the creation and implementation of low to moderate complex financial areasMitigate operational risk and compute capital requirementsDetermine scope and prioritization of work in consultation with experienced managementParticipate in the development of strategy, policies, procedures, and organizational controls with model users, developers, validators, and technologyMake decisions and resolve issues regarding operational risks and enable decision making in business, product, marketing, or other functional areasManage a team comprised of quantitative analysts and credit risk analystsInteract with internal and external audit or regulatorsManage allocation of people and financial resources for Quantitative AnalyticsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentWork on data management across all portfolios required for modeling purposesCreating dashboards for reporting and controls purposesCoordinating the various activities related to business analysis and modelingWork on implementation of models doing UAT, and post implementation validationDevelop methods to enhance the existing process to add efficiency, transparency and consistency while maintaining quality and responsiveness standardsTrouble-shoot issues and pro-actively enact solutions in real timeRequired Qualifications:
