Job responsibilities:Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insightsInterpret complex data sets and provide clear, actionable recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectivesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics for TCoE (including Execution and Issues) in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure data integrity and accuracyManage and maintain databases and data systems as neededImplement best practices for data analysis and reportingAct as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure data-driven decision-makingRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business / Finance / Data Science or a related fieldMinimum experience of 5 years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar roleProficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)Knowledge of industry-specific data and trendsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detailPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Exposure to Controls, Compliance or Audit work will be preferredPreferred Experience with statistical analysis and data modelingFamiliarity with programming languages such as Python or RABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
