Meta is seeking Research Managers to join its Fundamental AI Research (FAIR) organization, focused on making significant advances in machine intelligence. Our current focus includes multimodal understanding and generation, factuality and social and behavioral reasoning. In particular, we aim to develop data efficient and inclusive AI systems. We publish groundbreaking papers and release frameworks/libraries that are widely used in the open-source community, fostering the advancement of AI. We seek Research Managers with relevant expertise to join our research team to foster cutting-edge research in AI.Research Manager - FAIR Responsibilities:Support and grow/build a team of AI experts.Develop research vision, long-term strategy and set direction for the team and the organization.Present the team’s work and plans in cross-company executive forums and academic conferences.Communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with peer teams to accelerate research across projects.Minimum Qualifications:
