The role…
At Mandolin Aegean Bistro aRunneris responsible for a range of tasks including preparing tables, serving orders, explaining meals, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and servers. A Runner also assists the servers in providing quality hand plated service to all guests who come to Mandolin Aegean Bistro. As a Food Runner, your goal will be to provide our members and guests with outstanding customer service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience.
A successful Runner thrives in a fast-paced environment, can problem solve in high-pressure situations and remain calm, approachable and professional.

Required Skills/QualificationsMinimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacityThrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressureMust be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guestsMust be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club SchoolMust be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as neededAbility to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomouslyTips certified and POS knowledgePhysical RequirementsMust be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds.Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.Why work with us…Mandolin Aegean Bistro offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
