What you’ll do
As a Sales Director, you will utilize first principles thinking and domain expertise to lead, coach and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives selling Brex solutions to prospective customers. Your team will produce new business financial & software solutions revenue for Brex.
Where you’ll workThis role will be based in our San Francisco office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.

Compensation
The expected OTE range for this role is $289,280 - $361,600. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
