Procore is looking for a drivenSales Manager, Majors, Install Baseto join our team. As we go to market with new products, you’ll develop, mentor, and lead a team of Install Base Account Executives focused on performing inside sales, technical demonstrations, and supporting deals to close. You’ll drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to meet and exceed sales goals and continue to grow our current customer base.
This position reports to the VP, Sales and will be based in our headquarters office in Carpinteria, CA. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.

What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience5+ years in a quota-carrying software sales (preferably in a SaaS environment)2+ years management experience in a sales environment or demonstrated leadership skills in a previous roleTrack record in hiring, developing, and promoting inside sales representativesProven experience selling via product demonstrations, email, and social sellingExperience using and implementing a sales methodology and demonstrated experience with SalesforceConsistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributorExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
