We are seeking aSalesforce Business Analystwho has a profound understanding of media process execution and the media industry, with expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.This role focuses on driving customer experience solutions and involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders to manage and detail EPICs, develop business process architectures, and ensure our Experience Cloud platform meets diverse user needs effectively.We accept CVs in English only.#LI-DNIResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a prioritized backlog of EPICs aligning with long-term strategic objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and define major functionalities and features within the Experience CloudRegularly update the backlog reflecting shifts in business priorities or implementation feedbackAnalyze and define different user personas interacting with the Experience Cloud platformMap persona-specific needs to platform features and functionalities ensuring requirements are thoroughly addressedFacilitate workshops to validate and refine persona definitionsCollaborate with architects and developers to outline Business Process Architectures at multiple detail levelsDocument and communicate business process configurations within the Experience CloudOffer consultative support on BP architecture configurations focusing on best practicesBreak down EPICs into clear and manageable user stories for developersDefine measurable acceptance criteria for each user story to guide testing and validationLead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesRequirements
