.Job DescriptionThe Salesforce QA Lead is a key member of our Delivery organization in the US. The primary responsibility of this position is to execute functional and non-functional testing. You will also design, create, execute and maintain test plans, cases and scripts related to the Salesforce platform. Experience with latest tools, best practices, QA methods and SAFe Agile delivery is desired.Typical Day SnapshotWrite test cases and plans documentedPerform unit, functional, smoke, integrations and regression testingEnsure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specifications and have sufficient test coverageLiaise with the development team and key business users in Agile development projects - attending scrum review meetings and develop targeted test plans and cases.Helping define and roll out improvements to testing and quality processes acrossWork towards more efficient ways of testing using the best tools/methodologies.Analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, build and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report resultsOversee a small team of testers to guide on best practices for QA, track progress for automated and manual testingBasic Qualifications
