As a Manager in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a variety of ways, including:Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.Delivery: As part of an engagement team manage and deliver SAP implementation projects - use your deep expertise to identify the organization’s needs, define the business or technology architecture, oversee the solution design and implementation, and manage team activities and progress.Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff.People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices.Business Development: Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor. Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor
