Duties/Responsibilities:Conduct participant biometric screenings which may include; fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysisPerform COVID-19 PCR testing, COVID-19 point of care antigen testing, and temperature checksEnsure participant information and all screening results are accurately captured.Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy at all timesAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryPerform all other duties and tasks as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Medical credentials accepted: MD, RN, LPN, Lab Assistant, Specialty Technician, General Supervisor, Phlebotomist (CPT), MA, etc.). Please note medical certification or license is required in Indiana.Minimum of 1 year experience working in a healthcare settingMust be proficient with performing fingerstick and venipuncture (if applicable) blood collection and taking blood pressureExperience with Cholestech LDX preferredKnowledge of HIPAA and OSHAExcellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic tablet and computer skillsMust have a reliable form of transportationMust be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and drug testMust be at least 18 or olderPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.Pay Range: $15-$45 per hourApplication window will close 05/16/2025.Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.LBP Eligible Positions (if applicable):The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.
