Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesThis is a regional marketing role for the largest business within Medical Segment (MDS), providing marketing leadership and guidance to 6 country commercial teams with diverse opportunities and challenges - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines. A combination of developing the regional marketing strategy and also leading the country-level execution of the strategyMarketing Strategy and ExecutionRegional marketing leader supporting the business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability and related business goals and objectives for MDS (business includes 8 key portfolios)Develop and iterate marketing plans for MDS which include new product launches, product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, tactics, demand forecast, and pricing strategy per Corporate’s guidanceCreate business cases for new opportunities within the region, engage with the GA and applicable country teamsCreate and drive market shaping and market development initiatives to accelerate conversions and project winsAssist with establishing partnerships with KOLs, academic institutions, patient advocacy groups, etc.Collaborate closely with country commercial teams and GA regional team to develop and execute SEA region and country specific strategiesEnsure smooth execution of marketing plans through close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, key customers and distributorsOrganise and co-ordinate all aspects of product promotional campaigns and / or participation in 3rd party conferences (SEA led regional programs or work closely with country teams on execution)Measure effectiveness of marketing plan and campaigns, and pivot accordingly
