What you’ll do:Develop Snapchat mobile security featuresEnumerate attack vectors on the mobile application, identify weaknesses, and provide technical solutions to address the gapsBuild tools and services that support the broader Spam & Abuse missionCollaborate with other parts of Snap Inc. in need of mobile security expertiseAssist with Spam & Abuse or Security incidents as neededKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Solid foundation in application securityStrong ability to reason about mobile app security problemsAbility to do production quality software engineeringPassion for learning and helping othersExcitement for user privacy and securityMinimumQualifications:Bachelor in a technical field such as Computer Science (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in a security or software engineering roleStrong development knowledge with a proven track record in developing production quality softwarePreferred Qualifications:Professional experience doing Android or iOS developmentProfessional experience doing backend development, bonus if it was in GoAbility to build secure code in C/C++ as a bonusExperience working with large-scale spam and abuse defenses as a bonusSkills in analyzing and organizing technical data
