Position Summary…What you’ll do…Senior Analyst, Operations - Shopping & Delivery, FulfillmentOn Demand DeliveryAs a part of On Demand Delivery, you’ll join a rapidly growing team focused on building a best-in-class customer and shopper experience for Walmart’s Shopping and Delivery propositions, where drivers on the Spark Driver™ app shop and deliver orders to our customers.What You’ll DriveDrive improvements to key operational KPIs (e.g., on time delivery) through leading relevant initiatives from planning to implementationLearn the ins-and-outs of the customer and shopper experience, mapping out current and future state journeys for Shopping & Delivery ordersDig into customer, shopper, and competitive insights to identify and prioritize top pain points and areas of opportunityConduct root cause analyses and size the impact of future initiatives on Customer NPS, GMV, cost, retention, etc.Launch new processes and product features, partnering with Business and Product stakeholders across On Demand Delivery, eComm, W+, Store Ops, and Customer Insights & Strategy to design a cohesive end-to-end customer experience across all ordersWork with Analytics to understand the impact of new processes and product featuresOwn and report on journey-specific OKRs and KPIs
