What you will doWorking collaboratively with Rx Product Management team to execute pricing activities associated with portfolio additions and deletions, as well assisting in the research/resolution of applicable pharmacy and customer relation inquiriesExecuting timely regular and ad hoc daily, weekly, monthly reports/audits.Conducting ad hoc analysis associated with retail pharmaceutical itemsGathering information and performing data trend evaluation, market intelligence research, and reporting in support of retail pharmaceutical cash pricingLeading supporting staff tasked with collecting research dataIndependently researching complex and challenging problems, and making data-driven recommendations to senior-level managementWorking cross-functionally and acting as SME liaison across multiple business teams to support key enterprise initiatives.Required Qualifications2+ years analytical experience required.Experience that specifically demonstrates a strong working knowledge of managing and maintaining large data sets2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a proficient working experience in functionalities like VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal form, in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent, including the ability to present findings and influence decisions across all levels of the organization.Ability to think critically and strategically with demonstrated application.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities independently as needed and meeting deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience presenting in front of leadership.Ability to take initiative and work successfully both independently and in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, AccessExperience with SQL; Teradata SQLExperience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment, with preference to the following areas:Data processes and system workflows.Reporting and auditing.EducationHigh School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
