About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Senior Analyst to support the Merchant Services Onboarding Operations Know Your Customer (KYC) team in reviewing, researching, and resolving data mismatches/errors between Merchant Services systems and the enterprise customer data repository.In this role, you will:Continuously learn and apply knowledge of Merchant Services business, customer base, process and controlsIndependently manage error queue, disposition errors, and continuously work to clear the backlogCreate presentations and provide monthly updates to Leadership related to control execution, and emerging trendsKeep management updated on progress of assigned workIdentify opportunities for process improvement, training, and educationConsult with Financial Crimes, technology, Data Analytics and other partners, as neededLead walkthroughs of process, answer follow up questions, and provide evidence of control execution for internal oversight and testing teamsEscalation of data issues, as neededSubmit and monitor incident tickets, as neededOrganizational skills requiredAttention to detail requiredRequired Qualifications:
