About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Audit Manager supporting Wealth and Investment Management. The Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Audit Team provides audit coverage for Banking, Lending, & Trust, Wells Fargo Client Relationship Group, Wells Fargo Investment Solutions, WIM Control, WIM Marketing, WIM Operations, and WIM Strategic Planning and Development.In this role, you will:Manage a team of audit staff responsible for a defined segment of the Audit PlanBe responsible for resource management and assisting broader team in overall audit plan completionAssess associated risks and controls and complete engagements within their segment of the audit planPlan and organize work in an annual cycle, not just project cycleEnsure audit engagements are risk-based, and executed according to Internal Audit policies and guidanceBuild and maintain a proficient team of auditorsProvide timely feedback, coaching and monitoring of development plansDevelop and maintain excellent business relationships with leadership and other stakeholders, such as regulatory agenciesManage allocation of people and financial resources for AuditDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyRequired Qualifications, US:
