Senior Business Analyst - Card External Planning & AnalysisWe’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as a thought-leader, analytical partner, and insight creator within our Card External Planning & Analysis team. Through innovation and analytical rigor, our team tackles high-leverage problems facing Card’s leaders and drives insights that propel Capital One’s Card business forward.Within this team, our analytical efforts are centralized around three primary pillars:Analysis and benchmarking of the Credit Card industry against our own Card business through various growth metrics, customer segmentations, and access to public/private dataExploring and translating the various macroeconomic / industry trends driving consumer preferences into tangible and measurable headwinds and tailwinds on our Card businessDriving innovation and insights through centralized portfolio analytics, which include ongoing investments in our Card CLT monitoring dashboard, deep-dives into Consumer Portfolio health, and strategic requests supporting high-impact presentations to Card leaders, the President of Card, and our Board of directors.
