In this role, you will serve as the voice of the customer on our data analytics projects. You will recommend business process insights and collect requirements for business intelligence solutions.What You Will DoData Analytics:You will develop and implement BI solutions that provide simple insights to deliver extraordinary outcomes.You will lead collaboration and communication activities with data analytics team members, process owners, and data users.You will listen to process owners and learn what is important to their process.You will help determine key questions that need to be answered and recommend visualization solutions for providing the answers.You will lead business process understanding for the team and translate user requirements into functional specifications.You will assist process owners in confirming that developed solutions meet their requirements.Quality Management and Continuous Improvement:You will support a culture of data driven decision making.You will support recurring data analysis and trending for RAQAC (KPIs, PMs, FIOs, metrics meetings, management review).You will participate in opportunities for new BI technologies, data analytics, and visualizations.You will assist users with data analytic concepts and interpretations.You will assist with ad-hoc data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.Regulatory Compliance:You may be asked to help support/participate in internal compliance auditsYou will monitor compliance to Medical Quality Procedures and FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR’s) and update as necessaryWhat You NeedBachelor’s Degree required.2+ years of experience required (work related to data analytics activities preferred).What We Would Love That You Have (preferred qualifications)(You do not need to have all of these)Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.Proficiency in MS Project and the Office suite of products.Familiarity with BI software (Tableau, Power BI), visualizations, and data story telling.Exposure to database models and data definitions.Experience with GxP systems and computer systems validation.About StrykerOur benefits:12 paid holidays annuallyHealth benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.Financial benefits include Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), 401(k) plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), basic life and AD&D insurance, and short-term disability insurance.For a more detailed overview of our benefits or time off, please follow this link to learn more:US Stryker employee benefitsAbout StrykerStryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
