This role demands a seasoned professional who can navigate complex project frameworks and contribute efficiently to the development and optimization of supply chain processes.#LI-DNI#LI-IK2ResponsibilitiesIdentify, analyze and define detailed requirements to support project and business objectives in Supply Chain & LogisticsCreate functional and technical requirement documents from business requirementsAssist users in functional acceptance testing and support the release updates of new or existing applicationsParticipate in the design and execution of implementation/configuration of retail and WMS solutionsCoordinate internal business and technical teams to finalize requirementsServe as the subject matter expert during the project and post-implementation phases within the designated functional areasProvide functional and technical support to ensure system efficiency and effectivenessLead and organize training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective change management in collaboration with the Regional IT teamRequirements
