What you will do:Build a strong pipeline through various mediums including telephone, social media, referrals, networking, external events and exhibitionsSupport, guide and assist the development of junior members of the sales teamAct as an ambassador of OFX at external forums and event hospitalityGenerate and maintain a pipeline of trading clientsCompetently trade your own clients' FX dealsPerform phone based and face to face demonstrations of the corporate offering and online platformAdministrative tasks associated with managing your own sales pipeline in accordance with company processesRegular travel as required (you may also be required to travel abroad)Face to face client meetings , building solutions, proposals and delivering presentationsCollecting necessary documentation from prospective clients and following internal compliance processesAttend and actively participate in weekly sales meetingsReporting - ensure accurate and timely data entry of sales activity into CRM systemLiaise with your manager, team members, dealers and/or relevant stakeholders when there are issues or concerns that need to be resolvedWhat you bring:Solution driven, consultative sales approachAt least 5 years experience selling FX, Payments or in money markets essentialThorough understanding of the financial markets and the key drivers of currency fluctuationsThe ability to demonstrate strong sales skills along with an excellent level of commercial awareness.Experience in building and maintaining a sales pipelineFace to face selling experience is preferredAccount management skills: Experience of on-going relationship building with clients and the generation of referralsAbility to work in European markets would be a plusWhat it’s like working at OFX:We’re OFXers because we want to make a difference.
