You will know the importance of and have the ability to create high performing and fault tolerant code and provide analysis for improvements, while working with stakeholders at all levels, to provide business confidence. As part of a dynamic team embracing the Agile methodology, you will be able to react quickly to changing requirements, while guiding the organization through a longer term strategy, including leading the adoption of new technology.
