We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join Snap Inc.! Minimum Qualifications:

J.D. degree or equivalent

Membership in a bar association (preferably Singapore or other APAC jurisdictions), and qualified to practice as an in-house attorney in Singapore

8+ years of practicing law in-house or at a law firm

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ years of experience handling commercial transactions, ideally in-house at an internet, media, telecom, or technology company

Experience working for or with companies in the telecom industry, e.g., OEM’s, carriers, mobile platforms, network solutions
