This role is located onsite at our TIAA office in Chicago, IL, USA but will currently be remote.

As a Nuveen senior designer, you provide timely and accurate changes for simple and complex work (print & digital) in the Design Studio. Make changes to existing files and use branded templates to execute requests as needed. Must be a self-starter, have an eye for detail and maintain a high level of accuracy. Must have extensive knowledge of PPT, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel. (XD, AE, knowledge a plus)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Make requested changes to existing creative work submitted into the Creative Design Studio.

Understand and interpret markups on pdfs.

Quick turn-arounds, meet tight deadlines.

Use existing branded templates to execute creative requests

Ensure all designs meet brand standards.

Collaborate closely with art directors, designers and writers to help execute marketing materials.

Provide image retouching when needed.

Make various formats of supplied artwork (PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, etc.)

Design and interpret in PPT fluently.

Be an expert plotting Charts and graphs.

Prepare final print and digital-ready files based on supplied specifications.

Prepare images for responsive online and mobile applications.

Archiving and maintenance of old files.

Keep up-to-date on latest technology trends.

BS/BA preferred.

Must have extensive knowledge of PPT, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel. (XD, AE, knowledge a plus)

Must be able to work under pressure while managing many jobs at one time.

Extensive knowledge of layout, design, and typography and branding.

Ability to follow instructions.
