Whether that involves being first to market with new digital channels, supporting measurement journeys, providing innovative optimisation solutions or educational workshops, we pride ourselves on the strong client partnerships built.We are currently looking for aSenior Digital Marketing Analyst (SDMA)to join the team and become part of our close-knit family of passionate Activators.Role overviewThe Senior Digital Marketing Analyst plays a key role within the Activation team. Reporting into the Campaign Manager or Senior Campaign Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for both the management of your client’s day-to-day campaign based requests as well as campaign planning, set-up, optimisation and reporting. You will be encouraged to contribute suggestions on how to deliver improvements in efficiency across the business. You will also deputise for the Campaign Manager when needed and support with the training of more junior members of the team.About the roleManage and own campaigns across paid media channels (Search, Social, Display) and platforms, optimising tactics and strategies to produce the best possible performanceCreate media plans which demonstrate knowledge of your client account(s) and provide new testing ideas for further opportunitiesOwn campaign execution & QA within the buying platforms, proactively troubleshooting issues as they ariseOptimise campaign performance against forecasts, driving results for continued improvement and providing new ideas and solutionsManage day-to-day contact with clients (calls and/or face-to-face) to ensure campaign planning and management is in-line with client expectations, providing feedback and data driven recommendations on how to achieve the best performanceProduce end-of-campaign reports which highlight deeper insight into campaign performance and learningsProvide basic trafficking support as requiredBuild relationships with our platform partners to deliver best in class service and opportunities for our clientsTrain and coach Digital Marketing Analysts to develop and grow within the teamDesired experience and skills1-2+ years of hands-on in-platform experience, ideally across a minimum of 2 of the following digital channels: programmatic display, video, paid search and/or paid social.A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technologyExcellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationshipsExperience in client and account managementAbility to multitask with great attention to detailStrong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologiesEnjoyment when working as part of a teamBenefits:Holiday entitlement is 20 days per year plus national holidays.
