OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director, Global Talent. This role is pivotal in setting and executing Water’s global talent strategy, encompassing talent management, leadership development, succession planning and management, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a global team and fostering a high-performance culture.ResponsibilitiesTalent Management and Development:Audit existing programs to define global talent development lifecycle value chain.Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent globally.Develop and implement career pathing and individual development planning strategies and programs to advance development and careers for broad-based employees.Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to create repeatable framework with consistent outcomes for early career rotation programs.Regularly engage with employees and leaders to understand sentiment and needs assessments to improve overall engagement. Partner with HRBPs to enable targeted solutions.Activate a global team of talent professionals to support global workforce.Monitor and action voice of employee insights.Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps and create targeted development plans.Investigate, design and implement with HRIS appropriate software related programs, training platforms, and AI innovation.
