Grow current consumer credit portfolios across European clients, energise dormant/stagnant portfolios, support premium portfolio growth, enhance portfolios in an ethical manner to ensure affordability and regulatory complianceDeepen prepaid and debit portfolios across clients, ensuring feature and pricing competitiveness including deployment of debit card based instalmentsScale the Premium, Loyalty and Cross-border opportunities across the cluster and connect the dots between client needs and available capabilities across Consumer solutions and the wider Product teamDrive solutions adoption in European markets and look at commercial opportunities to scale/distribute that allows for broadening credit and instalments products across new markets (e.g. Ireland), and expanding in existing markets (e.g., UK)Drive critical client engagements at both senior and working-team levels across the sales and commercialisation cycle of the various solutions, and actively manage pipeline of sales opportunities across clients types and against annual P&L targets, and work closely with the sales organisation (VAS, AEs) to drive deals and projects to closure.Contribute to Visa 2030 strategy through specific client-led sprints to actively provide feedback and requirement into the Regional/Global product roadmaps to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and market ready and continue to innovate to reflect customer and consumers needs. Focus on Premium/HNW and new Credit capabilities/solutions across the lending value chainProvide regular updates and reporting to leadership levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectives; adapt overall programme tactics and strategies to address challenges/issues/opportunitiesAs requirements of this role and key priorities and initiatives evolve, adapt to growing needs of the team and broader Products organisationPeople are a critical resource at Visa. Actively manage the team, help prioritise activities and opportunities, while providing mentoring and coaching to direct reports and helping identify growth and development opportunities for team members within the team and across the wider Visa organisationQualificationsWhat we’re after…We are looking for a seasoned Product leader with Credit/Lending experience in technology or financial services rolesDeep background in an issuing institution managing and growing credit portfolios, understanding of lending value-chain, capabilities required to underwrite and manage credit/consumer loans end to endIndustry knowledge of BNPL and solution vendors is nice to haveCurious and inquisitive problem solver – thrives in difficult and big problem spacesRigorous thinker, ability to transpose business, financial and technical understanding to relevant market inputs with sales and product teams as well as with external client discussions – leading to commercial & revenue opportunitiesDeep understanding of how to scale and distribute products/services within a technology companyOwnership and driving impact are important aspects to the role, must have the mindset to fully understand and quickly overcome commercial, technical, industry and internal challenges to succeedComfortable in iterative and continuous change to maximise opportunities and drive efficienciesStrong ability to progress solutions and enhancements with urgency and prioritised focus for commercial and strategic benefits for our customers and VisaAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
