What You’ll Do

Identify and prioritize actionable strategies based on research. Communicate detailed research narratives and ensure the insights are translated into actionable direction.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams with researchers of different disciplines

Have strong research domain know-how to coach and grow the team; proficiency with a breadth of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and ability to come up with creative research solutions as needed.

Proficient in both quantitative and quantitative research methods and analysis

Have a strong builder mentality, can bring order to chaos, and know how to effectively “bring people along”

Experience in a complex, cross-functional organization where your teams need to collaborate and integrate with other teams across many disciplines

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

10+ years relevant experience within research, data science, or statistics at a consumer products or technology company, digital entertainment

8+ years of executive management or senior product leadership at a technology company, digital entertainment company, or a venture capital firm

Preferred Qualifications

12+ years in a senior management role at a consumer technology company

Advanced degree in statistics, analytics, mathematics, computer science, or related technical field

Experience in quantitative analysis or data science

Experience launching large-scale consumer-facing products

Experience with product design or product management
