Visa is seeking a passionate, authentic, dynamic and results-oriented leader to join the Data Strategy and Governance (DSG) team as the Senior Director, Revenue Reporting Platform Lead.  DSG is part of the Finance Velocity Office (FVO) tasked to build a foundation that supports the growth and complexity of our business and improves the day-to-day interactions of our Finance teams. DSG works tightly with the broader FVO to implement solutions to evolve how we work together to achieve meaningful, sustainable change and enable our long-term growth agenda.

The Revenue Reporting Platform Lead will be accountable for directing the transformation of data from various source systems to the revenue reporting tool called GARP (Global Analytical and Reporting Platform). This position ensures that data architecture and models adhere to enterprise standards, facilitating seamless data integration and accessibility. This role is responsible for implementing the organization’s data management strategy and operations. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility while driving data governance initiatives. The Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data management solutions that support business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.  Strong leadership, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of data management principles are essential for success in this role.

Basic Qualifications:

• 12 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 5 years relevant work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12 or more years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantageous• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, data architecture, or a related role• Strong leadership and project management skills to manage all GARP deliverables and data management initiatives from inception to production• Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, ETL tools, data warehousing solutions)• Experience working on multi-stakeholder initiatives, focused on improving the customer experience.• Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills in a global, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.• Must be self-motivated and can lead and motivate others.

Work Hours:Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements:This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 200,000.00 to 312,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
