About the TeamOur eCommerce (1st Party) Sales/GTM Team is responsible for the building and scaling of our emerging suite of 1st Party eCommerce products spanning Online Ordering (Websites, Apps, Kiosks), white label Logistics (Drive On Demand), Tableside Order and Pay, Phone Ordering, Customer Support Solutions, Restaurant Rewards, and several other emerging areas focused on helping merchants increase their take home profits. This team is responsible for New Business, Integrations/Merchant Success, Account Management, and partnering with our XFN teams in Product, Marketing, Strategy to drive success for merchants using DoorDash’s Commerce Platform.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Director to lead our Commerce Platform Organization (Sales, Account Management, Integrations, Merchant Success). In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution across sales initiatives that drive our company goals. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners (executive leadership, Sales S&O, Product, etc.) to create a high-performing SaaS platform model where you will drive revenue growth, optimize the customer experience, and build offerings that resonate and scale with our customers. As the Senior Director, you will oversee a leadership bench with multiple layers and support a rapidly growing team of specialized sales professionals.
