How you will get there!Bachelor’s degree required, Life Sciences area preferred.10+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences market, preferably with direct experience in cell therapy manufacturing, tools, consumables, and reagents.Strong understanding of the cell therapy ecosystem and market trends.Proven expertise in developing and driving comprehensive marketing strategies, value propositions, and portfolio messaging.Proven track record to lead market research projects and leverage insights to drive business growth.Strong experience in demand generation and pipeline development, with measurable success in driving revenue.Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing investments.Experience working cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization.Experience working closely with market development, product management, R&D, and sales teams.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Committed, diligent, and emotionally resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00-$175,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
