About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, results-driven Growth Operations Manager to join our team in Tokyo. In this role, you will formulate strategies and drive impactful initiatives that foster platform growth, including new user acquisition, existing user engagement and membership growth. One of the key responsibilities will be to build partnerships with external players to reach and acquire new users to the platform. So far, we have collaborated with partners across payments, telecommunications, entertainment, gaming and many more, and we plan to expand our pipeline to further accelerate growth.—- What You’ll Do —-Partner Communication and Strategy- Negotiate and design collaborative campaigns with external partners in order to achieve our new user growth targetsStakeholder and Project Management- Act as a project manager of campaigns, including communication with both internal and external stakeholders, managing tasks and making data driven decisions to optimize resultsProblem Solving- Identify and address challenges early, using data and strategic thinking to navigate obstacles and deliver successful outcomesData-Driven Insights- Leverage data to inform the decisions you make around the strategy and structure of initiativesOperational Execution and Improvement- Lead the execution of initiatives, continuously making improvements in terms of both efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns
