We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our UKI HR Regional Team.The successful candidate will work closely with our ER Lead, and be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, managing employee relations, and supporting the development of People Managers. The role will also involve leading TUPE consultation processes and integrating new employees during a period of rapid growth and transformation.About the RoleAs ourSenior HR Manager, Employee Relations,you will:Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issuesInvestigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and effective mannerProvide support for development and delivery of any action oriented/employee relations training, toolkit or resources to upskill managers to deal with people in a fair and effective mannerCollaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulationsWork with HR Lead to monitor and analyse employee relations trends and make recommendations on proactive measure to address issuesManage employee discipline and performance improvement processesSupport business with any restructure and guidance and support for any acquisitions and divestitures including any TUPE consultation requirements as requiredSupport the wider HR team in reviewing and updating HR core processes and partner with the HR Lead to engage with key stakeholders such as HRBPs/HR Ops/business leaders to upskill and ensure understanding of roles & responsibliitiesPartner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiativesBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders, and utilising the HR Function to deliver value to the business unitAnalyse internal and external data to identify people and culture trends relevant to the businessHighlight areas of people risk to the business unit, key stakeholders and HR functionBe a role model for the UKI People team in coaching/supporting them
