You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.The candidate will be part of the India Healthcare practice and will focus on Operations within the PA. She/He is expected to support the following industrial operations topics: manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, digital in healthcare OPS, and product development/R&D.YOU’RE GOOD ATSolving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in your area of expertise i.e. Healthcare OperationsCommunicating with case teams and clients team members, in a credible and confident wayWorking collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of workingFlexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideasAbility to navigate complexity and ambiguityYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Master Degree in Business (preferably Operations Mgmt. specialization), Pharmaceuticals and/or Lifesciences Stream3+ years manufacturing industry experience or 3+ years operations consulting experience; overall 5+ years' experience in consulting preferably for life sciences/pharmaceuticals verticalKnowledge and experience related to deployment of lean principles and tools in manufacturingIdeally, the candidate would also have familiarity with the supply chain and procurement complexities of the pharmaceutical marketShould have working knowledge of pharmaceuticals operating model strategy, lean management, shared services, and intelligent process automationPrior exposure to mid to large-scale operations transformation/efficiency improvement cases in pharmaceuticals/healthcare industry preferredFluency in English; other languages requested in certain locationsStrong business acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsYOU’LL WORK WITHAs a Topic Activation KT, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.BCG’s Knowledge Team members have the opportunity to be staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
