About the job

Twilio.org is seeking a technical leader for our technical pre-sales team covering our Social Impact markets. Twilio’s Social Impact sector includes Non-Profits, NGOs, Public Sector, and non-profit healthcare organizations. Twilio makes it easy for developers and businesses of all-sizes to sign up and get started using our APIs. We support some of the largest and fastest growing companies in the world, spanning industries such as marketing, business automation, and customer care. In this role, you will work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Partners, Social Impact, and Marketing leaders to set the strategy and direction of our technical engagement for our customers. You will manage a team of Solutions Engineers and be accountable for their development, performance, and operating model within the go-to-market organization. You will also be an engaged member of the solutions engineering team providing coverage to our strategic EMEA market customers.

This role will be remote, and based in the East Coast, USA.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 25% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
