Compensation Range: $130,000 to $150,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:
You will validate designs through user testing, surveys, and similar methods. You’ll actively contribute to feature development through collaborative whiteboarding sessions where designers, product managers, and engineers work together to refine user experiences and address potential challenges. As a fully remote design team, you will take part in virtual design critiques, where you will have the opportunity to provide and receive feedback on design choices.
The ideal designer possesses a deep passion for crafting accessible and inclusive designs, always prioritizing empathy for the user. They thrive in a collaborative environment, boldly iterating and testing designs to achieve an exceptional user experience.
