This includes a diverse array of third-party SaaS products and custom-developed applications.About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Technology Enablement Program Manager to join our team at Zillow. This role will focus on technology solutions for Talent Success organization within People organization (HR). The Zillow Group Talent Success organization drives the overall strategy and execution of Talent Management initiatives for all employees, including but not limited to onboarding programs, professional development and performance, and leadership development. Our Talent Success team is a talented group of leaders, consultants, facilitators, designers, program operation leads, program managers and LMS managers. Together, we work to enrich the career and learning experience of our employees so they can develop personally and professionally in alignment with company goals.
