Key Responsibilities:Own candidate pipeline, source and identify candidates through various channels (job postings, database search)Qualify resumes and applications and work closely with hiring managers on candidate selectionFacilitate first connections with candidates, assess candidate qualifications, introduce and build interest in Intelliware, and build strong relationshipsCoordinate interviews and facilitate interview debrief/feedback sessionsManage ATS including proactive candidate outreach, data hygiene, data mining, and reportsProvide recruiting best practice recommendations based on industry and market knowledge/researchPromote and support our value prop, culture, and company valuesQualifications5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the technology and/or consulting industryStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, and relationship building skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Ability to qualify technical candidatesDegree/Diploma (or equivalent education/experience)For more info on Electric Mind, check out ourCareers PageandInstagram.Electric Mind is committed to diversity in the workplace.
