We are seeking an experiencedSenior Salesforce Consultantto lead the execution and management of various software development projects.In this role, you will be pivotal in planning requirements, identifying project risks, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders to foster the timely execution of project milestones.This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it’s your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.#LI-DNI#LI-IC3ResponsibilitiesIdentify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirementsManage a concise definition of scope across the entire programCreate and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projectsWork closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycleServe as scrum master, manage project schedules, identify possible issues, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholdersTake responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high velocity in a fast-paced environmentProvide hands-on software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra-team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomesRequirements
