This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality solutions and support to our business partners.#LI-DNI#LI-YAROSLAVADIAKOVAResponsibilitiesSupport and participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live SupportConduct business analysis and design solutions for Finance topics within SAP FIHandle application configuration within SAP FI modules for change requests and minor projectsContinuously enhance knowledge and ensure best practices in SAP FI system configurationCollaborate with external consultants to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects that meet quality standardsProvide guidance and support to team members on financial topicsMaintain SAP Configuration Data, including Cost Centers and Profit CentersDeliver training to end-users and create documentation consistent with organizational standardsResolve support tickets while adhering to Service Level AgreementsConduct regular review sessions with business stakeholders to collect feedback and enhance service deliveryFacilitate technical training for fellow associates and newcomersRequirements
