Job Description SummaryJob Description• Responsible for providing instrument installation and maintenance, technical advice, consultation & troubleshooting within Hong Kong and Macau• Complete service documentation according to the BD specification and requirement of service contract• Support and assist HK Sales and Marketing team for any business issue• Interface effectively with other departments to resolve customer problems and issues.• Promote service contract to maintain the growth of HK service revenue• Properly maintain spare part inventory, test equipment, tools and technical data documentationPreferred Requirements• 5 years or above maintenance experience• At least 2-3 years for supporting Flowcytometry instrument (with clinical assay support is an advantage but not a must)
