Ensure the best technical design and approach with an aim for continuous improvement and following industry best.
Mentoring teammates and setting high technical standards.
Work closely with our Design, Product, and Analytics teams to move projects from conception to launch
A/B test new features, and release improvements iteratively
B-Tech / MTech in Computer science or equivalent degree
Very good in Algorithms, Data structures, and Time Complexities
Minimum 5 years of web development experience with Next/React/ Angular.
Very Good Database Knowledge (MySQL, Oracle, Redis, Memcache, etc)
Hands-on with Design, Coding, Debugging and Testing
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have OOPS and Design patterns.
Good understanding of cloud technologies.
Willingness to learn and experiment with new technology
