Job Requisition ID #25WD84874Position OverviewBecome a member and participate in forming several new Software Engineering Scrum teams joining the Civil Infrastructure Product Line Group in Krakow.Our team develops Civil engineering software, like Autodesk Civil 3D, to help civil engineers during both the design and construction process.We are looking for someone that is passionate and committed to working in an Agile team, has great attention to detail, skilled in the testing of desktop software APIs or scripting API using C#, and the ability to create and execute test strategies for the validation of complex software. You have a customer focus and the ability to drive quality in a predictable manner.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on how we design, build, and deliver our products to millions of professionals. You will work in a cross-functional team focused on building and maintaining software for various products and components. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of unique challenges which give you the chance to learn modern technology and grow your skills.ResponsibilitiesSupport both manual and automated testing. Create scripts to support automation testingAnalyze and decompose a complicated software system and design a strategy to test itResponsible for developing and executing high quality test plans to deliver an amazing user experienceDevelop test strategies that are complete and concisePerform functional testing, regression testing, ongoing system integration, and periodic build verification tests as part of each product release cycleFind defects in features in development or products in production. Isolate, confirm, and log defects, and work with Agile Team to prioritize and fix themActively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospective etcWork with the Agile team at improving Quality Assurance processes and be an ambassador for qualityIdentify redundant tests scenarios and work on their automationMinimum QualificationsProficient in C# programming languageWorking Experience or educational background in Civil Infrastructure industryPassion to improve product qualityCustomer orientated approach to Quality AssuranceAttention to detailSome experience in software development in a commercial setting in a Scrum teamFirst or upper-second class degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldSolid English knowledgePreferred QualificationsExperience with C++ or Python is a benefit, on top of your C# knowledgeExperience in complex software solutions and code basesExperience with Git or similar source code revision control systemsKnowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipeline and Test AutomationUnderstanding of deployment methodologyTech that we useC#, C++ 17, Node, Docker, Python, AWS, Artifactory, CMake, JenkinsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
