Chewy is seeking aTalent Intelligence Analystto join our multifaceted Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this critical role, you’ll use external labor market data, along with qualitative and quantitative analysis, to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations that craft Chewy’s hiring strategies. The Talent Intelligence team plays a vital role in guiding our recruitment efforts with data-driven market insights.

Pay Range

$105,500—$168,500 USD
