Lead and oversee the processes within the organization’s Quality Assurance area, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.Develop and lead the test strategy for various components, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, financial neutrality testing, and performance testing, across claims platforms.Establish and monitor the ongoing capabilities required for an effective test environment.Create targeted and comprehensive test scenarios with statistically valid volume to ensure the expected performance of benefits and contracts.Manage the identification, resolution, and mitigation of defects.Provide recommendations for enhancing metrics and reporting standardization.Integrate standards with quality principles and methodologies.Design, develop, and implement process improvement changes for the organization.Build relationships with technical and organizational leaders to ensure alignment and achievement of long-term testing objectives.Advise management on issues related to process implementation and refinement.Manage team performance through regular feedback, timely evaluations, and fostering engagement, motivation, and team developmentRequired QualificationsThe candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the company’s business, as well as significant interaction with all the business leaders. The candidate will be expected to have the following key attributes:7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance5+ years of experience in design and execution of test strategy, which includes components such as unit testing, user acceptance testing, end to end, regression testing, financial neutrality, performance testing, etc.Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skillsKnowledge of Medicare lines of businessAbility to work in a hybrid work environmentPreferred QualificationsMastery of problem solving and decision-making skillsMastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skillsEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree required or equivalent experiencePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
