(US Citizenship required)Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain virtual desktop infrastructures within the Azure IL5 and IL6 cloud and connectivity with DoD Fourth Estate Agency environmentsSupport the development and maintenance of privileged access workstations (PAW)Manage VDI resource pools within the Azure IL5 and IL6 environmentsCreate custom virtual desktop images for each DoD agencyMonitor and mitigate issues within the VDI infrastructure, working closely with Tier 1-2 service desk personnelIdentify opportunities for improvement, including innovations within the VDI domain, aimed at improving the user experience, improving efficiencies through repeatable offerings, and lower sustainment costsAdhere to security best practices and guidelines, leveraging your knowledge of security policies, network security, and data security
