Seeking a highly organized and efficient Field Service Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing field service operations, ensuring safety compliance, and enhancing customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage and schedule work orders efficiently, considering customer requirements, field service representative (FSR) skills, and locations.Participate proactively in Short Interval Management (SIM) meetings.Maintain accurate and up-to-date FSR skills information in the Business Front Office (BFS) system.Ensure safety documentation compliance for all work orders.Manage cybersecurity and security controls.Contribute to sales targets and forecast accuracy.
