Mission statement:The Hub Sales Manager is responsible to grow the sales of Grid Automation, and Communication portfolio within the APAC region through driving the sales organization marketing and sales teams and to lead implementing the Hub Business Unit strategies in the different segments. The Grid Automation and Communication portfolio covers a wide range of solutions of AutomationProtection and Controlacross three types of offers, System, Products and Services, which are applicable to a large number of segments among which Power, Transmission & Distribution and other utilities, Transportation, Renewables and large industrial customers.Your responsibilities:

Your background:You hold bachelor’s degree and Sales management skills.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.Leadership skills to manage direct reporting and all indirect in a matrix organization.Experience across Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D or Power. Systems projects, especially in Substation Automation & Communication is an advantage.Awareness of industry Quality standards, Six Sigma and Continuous, improvement methodologies.Advanced computer skills across MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.Expresses opinions, able to work with multiple stakeholders and positions.Good written and verbal English communication skills, high attention to detail.Apply now
