The New Product Introduction (or NPI) team is primarily responsible for the implementation strategy and success of all new Intapp products. As part of the Product Management organization, NPI has a close relationship with both product managers and early-adopter customers to insure a streamlined implementation and optimal feature sets. The NPI team also establishes a solid, unified plan for implementing Intapp products, including project planning tasks, documentation, and best practices with the clear goal of meeting cost, quality, scheduling, and customer success requirements. This team is foundational to the creation of referenceable customers as well as training, assisting, and certifying both Intapp professional services and partners. With an ever-growing portfolio of highly successful products, the NPI team is an essential component to Intapp’s innovations and delivery methodologies.
