Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Material Science Engineering.A minimum of 7 years' experience in areas related to Manufacturing / MRO industry.Non-Aviation industry are also can be considered.Essential (Must Have) theoretical and practical knowledge/experience inWelding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and Heat Treatment process.Prior experience in area of R&D or New Product Introduction InitiativesSolid critical thinking skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues, and propose solutions to stakeholders).Strong decision-making skills and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.Demonstrated ability to utilize Route Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) to identify and analyze problems.Desired Characteristics:Strong oral and written communication skills.Able to work with internal and external team.A good team member and also showing good leadership behavior.Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committedLeadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative.Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided:No
